The annual HOA assessment is primarily used to pay Tipmont REMC for the electricity for our streetlights. As development continues, additional streetlights will be added as needed. The maintenance of the entrance on Concord Road is also a major expense for the HOA. The landscapers mow regularly and keep the fence line and flower beds cleaned out. The trees and shrubs are also periodically trimmed. The HOA also pays insurance to protect the fencing and the monument in case of damage. The current assessment is $120 per year and is due by January 31 of each year.
